Women's Access Schemes
There is a Women's Studies Application and Research Center within Sakarya University, which operates to conduct research on issues that particularly concern women, to develop policies and practices for the empowerment of women in society. Within the Sakarya University Women's Studies Application and Research Center (SAUKAM), studies are carried out to identify areas where women are a minority and to increase women's orientation in these areas (URL1; URL2; URL3). Sakarya Teknokent and Incubation Center provides support to encourage women entrepreneurs. In these centers, women entrepreneurs not only can get education on their fields, but also have businesses or start-up companies in the Technocity and Incubation Center (URL4; URL5; URL6; URL7).
