Non-Discrimination Policies For Trans-Gender People
At Sakarya University, there is no process that examines and questions individuals' sexual orientations or takes action accordingly. Individuals' sexual orientations are not questioned or individuals are not forced to declare their sexual orientation. Additionally, there is no gender discrimination within the scope of employment principles. There is no gender discrimination in the rules applied in the employment of permanent civil servants, permanent workers, faculty members or instructors in public institutions and organizations (URL1; URL2; URL3, also see attached).
