Sakarya University employees or students can submit all their requests and complaints through the Quality Management Information System without providing identification. All complaints at the University have been managed according to the ISO 10002 standard and in line with the Service Recipients' Satisfaction Policy since 2015. Within the scope of this system, people can directly forward their complaints and other requests to the department head, dean's office or rector's office. If the complainant is placed at a disadvantage due to the situation complained of or for a different reason, it is under the protection of the disciplinary regulation; An investigation is initiated within the scope of the disciplinary regulations of higher education institutions. The investigation process at Sakarya University is carried out confidentially under the management of the legal consultancy (URL1; URL2).
