Non-Discrimination Policies Against Women
In line with the Sustainable University Policy (URL1), Socail Equality Legislation (URL2), 2023-2027 Strategic Plan (URL3) and Higher Education Institutions Ethical Principles (see attached), Sakarya University carries out its services and activities open to all members of the society without any discrimination. Academic and administrative staff at Sakarya University are subject to the Civil Servants Law No. 657. According to this law; There is no gender discrimination in the rules applied in the employment of permanent civil servants, permanent workers, lecturers or instructors in all public institutions and organizations in Turkey. In addition, Sakarya University has adopted a policy of non-discrimination against female employees within the scope of its Human Resources Policy (URL4).
