Smoke-free fields and policy
There is a legislation about smoking in common areas of Turkish Republic Ministry of Health. Based on this legislation, Smoke-Free Air Field at our university is implemented throughout the campus. Smoking is allowed only in areas designated for smoking on campus. In areas other than this, there are warnings that smoking is prohibited, especially around buildings, at the entrance of papers and in front of windows. Warning visuals are drawn on the floor in most of these areas where smoking is prohibited (URL 1).
