Student parents may apply directly to the Foundation Schools on the same fee-paying terms as other families. The Foundation operates the preschool. The University has no separate childcare facility for infants. [1, 5]

The study in autumn 2025 concerned families with children aged five and six. National preschool admission rules distinguish between institution types and set conditions for admitting younger children. [4, 7]

The Industrial Engineering Department’s first-shift timetable for autumn 2025 included Technical Drawing at 09:00 and Physics I at 13:00 on Mondays. [8a, 8b]
The preschool, formerly on the university campus, is now at the Foundation Schools approximately four kilometres away. As of November 2026, SAÜ reports a starting age of 36 months and daily hours of 08:00–17:30. The Foundation advertised preschool registration in January 2026 and its public directory listed three preschool teachers in November 2026. [2, 3, 6]
